Where a standard horn cleat would stick up too far, this flat open cleat keeps things low and clean. The two shallow rounded arms sit close to the deck surface, the through-bolt holes let you run a line straight through the top for a fixed tie-off, and the whole fitting stays out of the way when you’re moving around the boat. Available in multiple sizes, it works equally well on boat decks, dock edges, kayak racks, and trailer tie-down points.
