Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Products that are damaged or deformed during delivery can be returned or exchanged before you sign for them.
2. Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your receipt of the item, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
3. Custom products cannot be returned. (Please contact us to discuss alternative options.)
4. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are not in their original condition, are damaged or altered not due to our error, or are missing parts.
5. Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
6. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
