The hollow tube base on this cleat does two things a solid base can’t: it drains water freely so there’s no pooling or corrosion buildup around the mount, and it keeps the overall weight down without sacrificing the strength needed to hold dock lines and mooring lines under load. Two swept-back horns wrap lines fast and hold them securely. Available in five sizes to fit everything from small runabouts to larger cruisers and dock installations.
