• Orders and production schedules are officially confirmed once the agreed payment or deposit is received.
• Listed prices are quoted in the agreed commercial currency (typically USD) and reflect product manufacturing costs. Prices are subject to adjustment based on material cost fluctuations and currency movements prior to formal quotation confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms

• We partner with reputable international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, ARAMEX) and commercial ocean freight carriers to deliver orders safely worldwide.
• Stated transit times and delivery dates are commercial estimates. Once goods are dispatched and handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or transit delays transfers to the buyer in accordance with agreed Incoterms (typically EXW / FOB / CIF).

4. Returns, Defect Claims & Refunds

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify our team within 7 business days of delivery with photographic or video documentation.
• Custom OEM / ODM or special-order hardware cannot be returned or canceled once manufacturing or tooling has commenced.
• Approved returns for standard hardware must be in original, uninstalled condition with seaworthy export packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We maintain rigorous manufacturing standards to ensure accurate specifications and dependable 316 stainless steel quality.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XINXING MARINE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, extreme environmental misuse, or post-delivery alterations.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photographs, technical drawings, CAD representations, and trademark designs belong exclusively to Dongying Xinxing Marine Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the People's Republic of China, depending on which corporate entity processes and invoices your commercial transaction.
